No Explanation Given For This Heroes Death

Katherine Patricia Singleton was killed in Iraq on Friday, January 20, 2006 as announced by the DOD. No information has been issued to anyone, anywhere about her death. A local newspaper, The Pensacola News Journal printed an article about her with very little information. The article said: "Army soldier Katherine P. Singleton is the daughter of Doryce Blake and Maryon Singleton, who resides in Myrtle Grove. Singleton on Friday night confirmed his daughter's death but declined further comment. Details surrounding her death were not available late Friday." Since that article was published there has been no confirmation from the Department of Defense and the family has refused comment. I can not remove Katherine from my list since her father has confirmed her death.
